I love Harry Potter so when a friend's posting of the "Discover Your Patronus" link (https://my.pottermore.com/patronus) came across my Facebook feed; I decided to give it a go. When the results read "Dappled Grey Mare," my immediate reaction was "WTF"?? Then I thought, "it's a kids site, Spazzie, settle the fuck down." Also, "not powered by a super-powerful, hyper-intelligent AI that can read you through the computer, so chill maybe." Clearly, I was uninspired. Jumping ahead to a completely different day, I'm talking to my husband about being in a dark place emotionally (this was after the 2016 U.S. presidential election, but that will be addressed is several different, and far more ranty, posts). I've been married for 25 years; this motherfucker knows me like no one else on the entire planet. He looks me straight in the face and says "Your Patronus is a wet, angry cat," AND HE'S EXACTLY RIGHT! Inspiration hit and, using my mediocre Photoshop skills, I made my own damn Patronus. Enjoy!
